Once the minimum water level has been reached, the unit will continue to run for another 8 hours until all excess water has evaporated and any unpleasant odours are effectively prevented. The tank has a capacity of 4 litres and is easy to refill. The Humidifier can be easily refilled, even when the unit is in operation. When the water tank is detached from the unit, the sensor switches the Xiaomi Humidifier off automatically to prevent possible damage or injury! A big advantage is that the water tank is very easy to clean.

The whole unit is driven by a silent brushless DC motor that produces a noise level of only 34.4 decibels. This makes the Xiaomi Smartmi Pure Evaporative Air Humidifier 2 ideal for the bedroom.
