HOW DO I CONTACT SINGCLUB?

We are happy to assist you if you have any questions while shopping at SingClub. You can contact our customer service staff anytime by emailing service@singclub.ca or by calling 905-754-1562 during office hours. Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm(EST). Closed on weekends and public holidays.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT(S)?

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may contact our customer service staff anytime by emailing service@singclub.ca or by calling 905-754-1562 during office hours.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, some items and final sale products cannot be refunded

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER OR DELIVERY STATUS?

Each time you order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from SingClub as soon as your order is placed.

When your package ships, you will receive an email from SingClub with your tracking number and the name of your carrier. You can track it through the shipping carrier's website.

CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?

The orders can only be canceled while still in the processing stage. Once an order has graduated from processing to shipping, the order can no longer be canceled.

The customer can contact SingCub to cancel an order over the phone 905-754-1562 or email service@singclub.ca during office hours.

WHO AM I PURCHASING FROM?

You’re purchasing from trusted third-party sellers who will package and ship your order(s). When shopping, you can find the name of the trusted seller in the "Stores" section on the navigation.

HOW CAN I JOIN AS A VENDOR?

Please send your company and product information to service@singclub.ca for reviewing.

Work with a Marketplace team member to review and sign our Seller Agreement.

List products, update inventory, and optimize descriptions and product content through SingClub comprehensive Merchant Portal

Start selling, receive orders, ship to customers.

You get paid! A referral fee is deducted from your payment. No monthly fees for participating.
