Return and Refund

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience, and we understand that sometimes returns and refunds are necessary. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure that you are fully informed.

Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@singclub.ca. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If it is, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or to issue a partial refund. We will contact you to discuss the options in this case.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at service@singclub.ca. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to determine the extent of the damage or defect. If we determine that the item is indeed damaged or defective, we will process a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item and place a new order.
